UNDESTANDING TEAM ROLES
Are you preparing yourself to manage a new team or you just want to improve the current one? Are you looking for hidden potential you or your team have, or do you just want to understand the dynamics and dependence of individuals in the group with each other?
Understand your own identity from the perspective of team roles. Learn how to drive and use your strengths and weaknesses and develop your role in the team. Work with other people more effectively and achieve better results and relationships.
By the end of the training course the participants will be able to:
identify individual team roles and their behavioural patterns,
understand the typical strengths and weaknesses of individual team roles and their contribution to the team,
use the lessons learned to motivate and lead a team as one TEAM jointly responsible for collaboration and results.
Each participant receives a report - the Belbin's team roles, with which we work during the training course and practice on interactive activities.
UNDERSTANDING TEAM ROLES
The PROGRAM: MANAGER COMPETENCIES is a long-term development program which is offered as a whole of five workshops in the given order. The length of the program and the consistency of self-development are crucial in order to achieve the required change in the specific competencies and behaviour, and so that the participants could use the newly acquired knowledge and experience in day-to-day operation.
I use a coaching and therapeutic approach with a focus on self-reflection. The training courses are interactive and feedback based. More in the section APPROACH.
Recommended number of participants
about 6-12 per course.
The participants receive training materials and after completion of the whole program - the Program Certificate.
Training course is suitable for
experienced and new managers, executives, recruiters (HR), trainers and anyone who leads teams or works with people and wants to understand their dynamics.
Training course length
1/2 day (4 hours) as required by the client and according to the needs of the target audience.
