  • you need to make effective your time management and task planning,

  • you are in a situation of a big change,

  • you are in a new position which has higher demands on you,

  

  • you need to make effective your time management in connection with the new position or new requirements which apply to you,

  

  • you feel the gaps in communicating with your colleagues, team, in a new role,

  

  • you are looking for support to solve a complicated situation,

  

  • you are looking for support when you are undergoing some major work change,

WHAT IS COACHING AND MENTORING

COACHING

  

  • it is a support when searching, discovering and implementating; the coachee determines own goals and seeks own solutions; the coach works to unhide the coachee's potential, encourages him/her to learn to see and perceive reality, to build on the values which will then show him/her the right way forward; if the coachee starts to believe he/she can do things and chooses to go on a specific path, the coach's role is to strengthen the coachee's responsibility for the result of his/her efforts

MENTORING

  

  • it is a partnership and support provided by an experienced and older person (mentor) to a younger and less experienced person (mentee) in order to develop his/her personality and professional qualities; mentoring is aimed at the employee development through systematic leadership, personal example and long-term feedback; the mentor builds on his/her personal experience and based on that he/she offers advices and recommendations; he/she tells you what worked for him/her, what was worth it and what not, how he/she dealt with similar issues in the past and with what result; the mentor is not responsible for how the mentee decides

HOW THE COACHING / MENTORING PROCESS WORKS

   

  • both coaching and mentorink take place interactively; through partnership discussion and consultation they seek optimal ways for the development of skills and knowledge of the coachee/mentee; the session provides scope for addressing the topics that the coachee/mentee brings or which come up during the work on achieving the set goals

GENERAL INFORMATION

Coaching - mentoring is suitable for

  • experienced and new managers, salespeople and anyone who has a potential to become a leader and who has been clearly identified as someone with the need for development in an area that can be solved through coaching or mentoring.

Length and regularity of sessions

  

  • is determined by the client's needs and the needs of the specific people,

  • it usually starts with an introduction meeting (30 minutes) and continues with five coaching - mentoring sessions (each 60 minutes), then assessing the improvement in the identified areas and, if necessary, continuing the next five sessions.

The qualification in coaching

    

  • coaching training, required practice and certification as a Coach in Psychological Coaching. The training conducted by Radvan Bahbouh and Klára Vyšatová from the QED Group a.s.. Accreditation granted by ICF (International Coaching Federation) and ČAKO (Czech Coaching Association).
