By the end of the training course the participants will be able to:

  • ​identify individual types according to different criteria and adapt their behaviour,

  

  • ​communicate more effectively with colleagues to a mutual satisfaction leading to building relationships without conflicts and achieving higher results,

   ​

  • use the knowledge of the DiSC personality typology to improve teamwork.

  ​

Each participant receives an extensive report describing his preferred type, behaviour style, with which we work throughout the whole program and practice in interactive activities.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The PROGRAM: SELF-AWARENESS AND GROWTH is a long-term development program which is offered as a whole of five workshops in the given order. The length of the program and the consistency of self-development are crucial in order to achieve the required change in the specific competencies and behaviour, and so that the participants could use the newly acquired knowledge and experience in day-to-day operation.

Training course is suitable for

  • managers, recruiters (HR), salespeople, trainers, operators and anyone who communicates with people and wants to know them better and customise its communication.

Training course length

  

  • 1/2 day (4 hours) as required by the client and according to the needs of the target audience.

Training methods

    

  • I use a coaching and therapeutic approach with a focus on self-reflection. The training courses are interactive and feedback based. More in the section APPROACH.

 

Recommended number of participants

    

  • about 6-12 per course.

  

  • The participants receive training materials and after completion of the whole program - the Program Certificate.

The qualification in using the Everything DiSC personality typology

    

  • training and certification as an Everything DiSC Professional / Trainer (Everything DiSC Behavioral Styles). The training conducted by the DISC Group in London, Great Britain under the license from the John Wiley & Sons, Inc.).
