CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Do you communicate regularly with your colleagues or customers, and you think there is sometimes a misunderstanding?  Do you solve conflicts and you do not know what to do to settle them? Do you want to improve your communication skills?

 

Learn the basic communication rules. If you understand people, you can also advise them. If you understand their problems as they actually perceive them, you will be able to communicate effectively with them, and without conflicts.

By the end of the training course the participants will be able to:

  • understand the importance of communication skills for their own efficiency,

  

  • customise their communication style to the current situation and their partner,

  

  • control emotions of their own and others and correct them in favour of effective communication,

  

  • prevent conflicts and, in the case of their occurrence, solve without harming relationships,

  ​

  • correctly communicate and respond in any situation, work in a calm, balanced and confident way.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The PROGRAM: CONFLICT MANAGEMENT is a long-term development program which is offered as a whole of five workshops in the given order. The length of the program and the consistency of self-development are crucial in order to achieve the required change in the specific competencies and behaviour, and so that the participants could use the newly acquired knowledge and experience in day-to-day operation.

Training course is suitable for

  • customer care employees dealing with complaints, managers, salespeople, recruiters (HR), and anyone who wants to be able to solve conflicts and communicate effectively at work and in personal life.

Training course length

  

  • 1/2 day (4 hours) as required by the client and according to the needs of the target audience.

Training methods

    

  • I use a coaching and therapeutic approach with a focus on self-reflection. The training courses are interactive and feedback based. More in the section APPROACH.

 

Recommended number of participants

    

  • about 6-12 per course.

  

  • The participants receive training materials and after completion of the whole program - the Program Certificate.
